I've checked their official website on http://wikifier.ijs.si/.

There is a note that says

Note: the domains wikifier.org and wikifier.net are currently unavailable. Please use wikifier.ijs.si to access our Wikifier for the time being.

It think you must change the API url accordingly and it should work.
